Pranzo di lavoro, ero nei pressi dell’aeroporto e avevo voglia di poke e google mi ha portata qui. Che dire… servizio impeccabile con tanto di spiegazione dei piatti e un’estrema gentilezza del ragazzo in sala alla richiesta di cambiare la tempura con un’alternativa al menu poke. Il cibo davvero di un altro livello, davvero delizioso! Bravi

Ho scoperto Rolinho Sushi Fusion quasi per caso e ne sono rimasto davvero colpito. Il locale ha un’atmosfera curata ma informale, perfetta per una serata rilassata. I piatti sono il vero punto di forza: combinazioni fusion originali, presentate con grande attenzione ai dettagli e alla freschezza degli ingredienti. Ho assaggiato diversi roll, ognuno con abbinamenti creativi e ben bilanciati, senza mai risultare forzati. Porzioni giuste e impiattamento impeccabile. Servizio veloce, personale attento e cordiale, pronto a consigliare il piatto giusto in base ai gusti. Prezzi in linea con la qualità e con l’originalità della proposta. Tornerò sicuramente.

Prima volta qui, spinti dalle ottime recensioni. Che dire, semplicemente sublime. Prenotato con The Fork e con lo sconto che ottenete non spenderete tanto di più di un AYCE, ma la qualità è di un altro pianeta. Veramente. Piatti espressi, preparati al momento, con accostamenti molto sfiziosi. La ragazza che ci ha servito è stata molto gentile e pronta per ogni consiglio. Unica pecca forse una ridotta scelta di vini bianchi ( 3 bianchi se non ricordo male). Altamente suggerito per chi volesse mangiare sushi di qualità.
